First I’ve been in a wonderful room, when I wanted to extend my reservation they gave me dirty room and the receptionist wasn’t nice.

Amazing location, it is central to everything.
Of course as many people have left their opinion. It is somewhat noisy. But we’ll, that is the price to pay for being 5 mins away from the dome and shopping area.
The absolute best?
The beds… the mattresses are incredible.
The receptionist was very kind and patient… helped me with all my questions and gave me tips for visiting the city.

We are regular clients of your hotels and this time we have been really disappointed by our stay for the following reasons:
Upon arrival in our Deluxe room, we found waste on our terrasse probably from previous clients
No toilet paper enough, not replaced during the second day.
No place for breakfast the second day, and no proposed solutions or excuses from the staff present
Service during the breakfast inexistant : not even a welcome message
We paid 400 EUR per night and were expecting a minimum service/quality for a 4 star hotel.
Kindly revert to me with a commercial gesture for our next stay, hoping that my comments will help you to do better and in line with a 4 star hotel.

Very poor service with rude staff. The hotel cleaners threw away things we purchased and after being told we were lying and that we should call the police, they found them in the garbage. Quite incredible.
There was also garbage left in the room when we arrived.
Very friendly stuff, localization is just great, close to various restaurants and points of interests. Rooms are simply horrible, walls feel like they are made of the paper, you can hear people conversations from all directions, or their toilet routines 🙉 AC is making quite a noise even when Off, doesn't matter if yours or next room - you will still hear it.
Breakfast is quite good but get early as there is limited space to actually sit down and eat.
The bed was unfortunately not very comfortable and my partner has found bites on her body since we left.
Breakfast exceeded my expectations and was pretty good quality. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists and is in a central location.
There was no information regarding the tourist tax when we checked in so it felt like a hidden cost.
